200 gr sugar
4 egg yolks
200 gr of melted margarine or butter (once it’s has cooled)
1/2 tea spoon of baking powder
400-450 gr of flour
1 Jar of jam (whatever flavor is your favorite)
Optional: nuts, chocolate, other dry fruit.
In a large bowl, mix sugar and egg yolks together. Add melted butter (once it has cooled), mix well. Stir in baking powder and flour. Divide the resulting dough in two, and cool one part in freezer for 10 min.
In the mean time, extend the remaining dough over a pre-heated baking tray.
Cover with jam, add nuts and other if you wish.
Take the cooled dough out, and with the help of a grater cover the tart with an even layer of dough.
Bake for 25-30 min in pre-heated oven (200-210 Cº). Cut the tart in even pieces before it has cooled completely.
